Business Analyst
Provides support to PMO to produce business analysis deliverables. Implements industry best practices in adherence with software development project management framework. Works with business units to understand and document their processes, constraints and mandates, and incorporate these into business, functional, operational and/or technical requirements. Conducts independent tests of software to ensure that business needs are addressed, and helps shepherd major projects and investments to a successful completion. Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle, collaborating with the business and technology teams to achieve strategic, tactical and/or project goals.
Web Analytics Specialist
Web Analytics specialist to help ensure that our data-driven approach to decision making extends to the web. This position is located within the Data Team, but will be assigned functionally to the Digital Media Team and chiefly support the client Product Director.
Data Analytics Specialist
Provide support to internal customers getting up to speed with Tableau, our BI tool. This includes learning the tool inside and out, so they can be “super users” and pass that knowledge along, as well as in the short run assisting with development of business-unit-specific reports, dashboards, or exploratory analysis.

Front-end Developer
Rock Creek is looking for an onsite front-end developer at our headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD. An ideal candidate will be working with our other developers on large Drupal 7 implementations. You will work with technical UX professionals, great designers, friendly coders and innovative strategists in a collaborative environment. We value honesty above all else and expect you to bring a level of commitment to your work.
Senior Interactive Designer
RCSM is looking for a well-rounded and detail-oriented Senior Interactive Designer to join our growing design team. First and foremost, you must have a passion for solving real world problems through compelling and sophisticated on-brand design solutions that transcend the stereotypical online experience. You must embrace collaboration and celebrate working with diverse and talented discipline-based teams, focused on what they do best, but all working towards a common goal.
Your portfolio should present groundbreaking user experiences for the web, tablet and mobile experiences (print, packaging work also welcomed) that reflect a strong understanding of the fundamentals of design and type, and the power of a visually compelling story. Rock Creek Strategic Marketing, a branding and communications firm in Chevy Chase, MD, is seeking a full-time on-site marketing strategist. Rock Creek’s marketing strategists manage client strategic initiatives from research to concept development to program implementation. They create and deliver messaging platforms and strategic outreach plans and implement tactics that align to these plans, including but not limited to print and online marketing, social media community building, web content strategy and creation, online learning implementation, traditional media relations, and event-based marketing.
Accessibility Analyst
The accessibility analyst supports Rock Creek staff and clients in ensuring that all projects follow accessibility best practices throughout all stages of the project. The accessibility analyst would research solutions, provide insight throughout the project cycle, and support accessibility testing at appropriate times throughout a project lifecycle.
User Experience Strategist
Rock Creek’s user experience strategists work with content strategists, information architects, technologists, designers, and other UX experts to create clean, modern page layouts and intuitive interfaces that lead to extraordinary user experiences. The UX strategist will develop both strategies and tactics for interactive projects including websites, intranets, mobile applications, online learning modules, and social media. An ideal candidate will be skilled at translating creative ideas into strategic solutions and have a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
