Branding, Strategy, Communications

Design can make a difference.

Rock Creek seeks clients that want to inspire positive change. Our team embraces the same goals. We’re proud of our ongoing commitment to the community in which we live and work.

Gifts for the Homeless

A volunteer organization supported by lawyers and staff from area law firms and other legal organizations, Gifts for the Homeless raises donations to provide clothing to homeless men, women, and children in the DC metropolitan area. Each year, lawyers from prominent area firms compete in Banding Together, a battle of law firm bands to raise money for Gifts for the Homeless. Rock Creek created invitations, tickets, and signage for the 2008 event, at which more than 1,100 concertgoers raised $110,000.

Second Genesis

A nonprofit drug and alcohol rehabilitation program with residential and outpatient treatment centers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, Second Genesis needed to redesign its website to more effectively reach out to the community and empower individuals to lead sober, healthy, and responsible lives. Rock Creek developed and designed a website that allows Second Genesis to change and upload content internally, allowing Second Genesis staff to immediately inform the general public, donors, and other stakeholders of the organization’s current projects, needs, and news.

Washington Animal Rescue League

Founded in 1914 to care for stray and abused dogs, cats, and horses, the Washington Animal Rescue League depends on donors and volunteers to support its mission to shelter animals and provide free veterinary care to companion animals of the low-income community. For the organization’s biggest fundraising event of the year, Rock Creek created invitations, tickets, programs, and signage.
