Case Study: Army National Guard, Partners in Education
Preparing students for life outside the classroom.
The Partners in Education program connects educators to free programs, presentations, and resources available from the National Guard—providing a valuable community service and boosting the Guard’s visibility. To effectively promote the program to both educators and Guard members, the Army National Guard partnered with Rock Creek to fully conceptualize the program, design an engaging classroom presentation, develop marketing materials, implement a nationwide outreach strategy, and provide ongoing support and improvements.
Rock Creek worked closely with Army National Guard subject matter experts to create the program identity, website, database, multimedia presentation, and promotional materials. Rock Creek designed, developed, and wrote copy for the 508-compliant website, which also houses a career mentor database. The two-part classroom presentation, which prepares students to make major life decisions such as choosing a career, includes dynamic slides, videos, discussion points, and handouts. Rock Creek also represents the Partners in Education program at educator conferences nationwide, and writes and places articles to promote the program to Guard members.
